About the Founder of SoapSox®

SoapSox® began with a simple yet impactful idea, sparked by Ray Phillips during his time as a Program Director at Hillsides Home for Children—a residential treatment facility for children who had experienced trauma. Bath time was a daily challenge, with many kids resisting it, often in tears or attempting to hide. One particular child refused to part with his favorite stuffed animal for a bath, inspiring Ray to create a solution. He modified a stuffed animal to hold soap, transforming it into a comforting bath companion. The child happily agreed to bathe, and a new concept was born.

Seeing how well this approach worked, Ray continued to use it with other children in his care. He soon realized that there was no similar product available on the market. This insight led to the creation of SoapSox, a line of plush characters that make bath time fun for kids and easier for parents.

Since those early days, SoapSox has grown, thanks to the support of families like yours. It has become a brand dedicated to making bath time more enjoyable and creating safe, playful moments for children and parents alike. Staying true to its roots, SoapSox remains committed to supporting organizations that provide safe, nurturing environments for children. As SoapSox continues to grow, so does its mission to give back and create a better world for kids everywhere.

Manufacturer 15 Day Warranty

15 Days upon receipt of your merchandise with Proof of Purchase. Proof of purchase is defined as a purchase receipt showing the date of purchase and or order number may require an image of the product.

Replacement/Refund Eligibility

Proof of Purchase is required and items must be unused. Emailed inquiries to SoapSox, Customer Service Team at support@soapsoxkids.com. Customer Service will respond within 24-48 hours. Upon receipt of the required documentation, you will be emailed providing the appropriate resolution.

Damages and Product defects

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item ordered, please contact SoapSox via email at support@soapsoxkids.com with required proof of purchase documents. Upon receipt of the email, we will respond within 24-48 hours with an appropriate resolution.
